We offer a repair service for damages incurred to any of your isis series of puzzles, Isis, Ramisis, copernisis or Tessarisis
Should you drop it or if you have re-assembled it incorrectly and or
any other unforeseen circumstances that cause your valuable Isis puzzle
to need some TLC.
The cost of repair covers, labour, parts, cleaning.
Use small item for return packing and carriage.

Ensure you complete all customs declaration paperwork with your courier indicating the product is GOODS FOR PAYER AND RETURN
* Ensure the value of the product is set at $10.00 and not the value paid at retail.
If the customs declaration form is completed correctly then Sonic Games will be able to complete a C99 - Inward Processing Relief (suspension system) using the simplified authorisation procedures - bill of discharge and no additional costs will be incurred by the sender for import tax.
Please check and ensure with your selected courier that there will be NO courier charges for Sonic Games to pay and NO import taxes or customs taxes to be paid by Sonic Games, as we will not accept any packages that require import charges.
